Cincinnati Photographer Earns Certification
Jill Matthews of Jill Matthews Photography joins prestigious group as a Certified Drone Photographer
Cincinnati, OH April 20, 2022 – Jill Matthews of Jill Matthews Photography in Cincinnati, OH has earned the Certified Drone Photographer credential from Professional Photographers of America (PPA).
Matthews earned this credential after completing an intensive program that measures her technical competence and aerial photographic proficiency.
Jill says, “I wanted to push myself to the high level of excellence that I learned from being a PPA member. Just as I am a Certified Professional Photographer, I also wanted to be a Certified Drone Pilot at the same high level. Just as doctors and other professionals seek certification in their industries, I wanted to show the public my qualifications to be the best drone photographer possible for them.”
Professional Photographers of America (PPA.com/Drones) is the leading body for certifying professional photographers. Certified Drone Photographers must be certified through the FAA, meet a requirement of 30 logged flight hours and pass a comprehensive exam before achieving their credential. Certification must be renewed on a periodic basis, ensuring continued confidence in the professionalism and safety of Certified Drone Photographers.
